“Lodged my 186 in Dec 2024 but no nomination or visa decision yet. Gardener, accredited sponsor, VIC — is this wait normal?”

Same boat — 186 TRT lodged Nov 2024, accredited. Mine moved after I called DHA and asked if it was within the published timeframe.
Accredited sponsors are usually quicker. It's on the longer side but not unusual for TRT right now.
